well, no: you tried to compile a modified version. There is no
"embedding_electrostatic.f90" (or embedding_electrostatic.c) in Quantum
ESPRESSO.

 /usr/bin/ld: ../../Modules/libqemod.a(embedding_electrostatic.o)
