your cutoff (25 Ry) is quite low, you will likely want  to increase it 
and  in this case the problem could disappear.

If you want to use this cutoff with the same number of MPI tasks, you 
could instead  use more pools,
use the command option -nk
e.g.

pw.x -nk 2
or
pw.x -nk 4
