[QE-users] Error in routine wannier_ham (1):

Dear QE users,
Can anyone here explain to me of getting such type of error:

Wrong elements  1 11 in   1 k-point
    Error in routine wannier_ham (1):
     Hamiltonian is not hermitian
    stopping ...
