[QE-users] BLYP hybrid functional

Dear all
I want to calculate the absorption coefficient for graphene flake using
TD-B3LYP. Is B3LYP equivalent to BLYP in quantum esspresso?, and where can
finding pseudopotentials related to BLYP hybrid functional?
