[QE-users] Error in routine openfilq (1): file $prefix.bar not found

Dear All,

   I am getting following error during PHONON calculation with QE v6.4.1. 
The error message is,

      Error in routine openfilq (1):
      file 1144.bar not found

      stopping ...

    I have three q-points and I split the calculation in to two parts. 
One for start_q=1-->last_q=2 and another for start_q=3-->last_q=3. First 
job runs fine does not show any error, but the second one shows the 
above CRASH message.

    Kindly point out my mistake? All the necessary files are attached.
