Dear Lu Hailin

Opening your input files with a visual tool (i.e., xcrysden) is always  
a good idea, specially when your calculations show a strange behavior.

  > ATOMIC_POSITIONS  crystal

With this specification your system is totally nonsense, and the  
simulation runs only because cp.x is very tolerant with strange  
structures. Try this one instead

ATOMIC_POSITIONS  bohr

and your graphene sheet sandwiched between Fe layers will magically appear

This should be enough to perform a meaningful simulation. Regarding  
speed, your system is quite large, and the concept of speed in this  
case is not absolute but it depends on your machine...
