[Pw_forum] which machine is better to parallelism?

dear all, 
I want to buy a computer to run QE codes, but I'm not sure what is the best choice between single computer with Intel Xeon 2696 v4 22 cores and two Intel i7 5820k whit a switch. which one is optimum for running QE codes?
