[Pw_forum] Error

Dear all,
I have configured and installed Quantum Espresso on windows using Cygwin. I
have followed everything step by step as given in the installation manual.
the configure and make where all successful.
when I ran all the examples the PW folder I received the following message
attached as a TEXTdocument. Please help me out.
