I had also checked by using "gfortran" and it failed. Maybe because my 
gfortran it too old (version 4.1.2).

Hi Mahmoud, "dgamma" is an intrinsic fortran mathematical function
that is not present on all compilers. Try with gfortran as in the
README file: the compilation of "hgh2qe.f90" is independent from the
rest of QE
