[Pw_forum] streaming DFT course

I just noticed this announcement, for a DFT class to be held this
fall, streaming, from Stefaan Cottenier, and starting Sep 26.

Since the exercise will use Quantum-ESPRESSO, I think it could be
very interesting to explore.
