There isn't an input file, you just have to run the executable and answer the questions.

If you want to prepare a file with your answers, you can do that. Then you have to run the program with the following command:

cat input_file | kpoints.x

Here is sample input_file for a hexagonal lattice with celldm(3)=1 and 4x4x1 unshifted grid:
