[Pw_forum] Error in routine pw_readfile (1): error opening xml data file in Xspectra 5.3.0

Hello 

I received an error:

Error in routine pw_readfile (1):

     error opening xml data file

whilst trying to run xspectra 5.3.0 for those with ".._08.01.8.xspectra.".

I have had successful ones before (see without the " " post-fix) - in fact I
just added the " " post-fix to the name and used all the same variables.

The last solution I found was for QE5.1 and the suggestion is to wait and
retry the calculations after a couple of days which does not seem practical.

Has anyone had this problem and advise a solution?
