[Pw_forum] DFPT Phonon and LDA+U

Dear QE developers,

I was trying to running ph.x with LDA+U and got "The phonon code with LDA+U
is not yet available." with QE 5.3.0.
I went through the mail-archive and found the last communication was in
2014.
Is this part of development still undergoing?
I only need NC pseudopotential.

second, I noticed that ph.x use quite a big amount of scratch space even
reduce_io is switched on.
I'd like to know if it is possible to have some feature similar to
disk_io='none' as pw.x.
