[Pw_forum] turboEELS code

Dear Eliya Asmani,

The turboEELS code has been designed to model collective and 
single-particle excitations in bulk systems. Whether the corresponding 
level of theory can be applied for 2D systems such as graphene, you may 
have a look in these publications:
