[Pw_forum] dielectric const, ref index, reflectivity, absorption coefficient

Dear All QE users !Can we calculate frequency dependent dielectric constant, refractive index,reflectivity and absorption coefficient by Quantum Espresso  as 
some people do it using Wien2K ?????????If yes, kindly send few link describing the method.Best Wishes
