[Pw_forum] Effective masses of electrons and holes

Dear All,

I want to calculated the effective masses of holes (from the top of valence band) and electrons (from the bottom of conduction band) from the band structure. Is there a simple way/script to simulate these masses? And these can be simulated from the phonon simulations or band structure?
