[Pw_forum] I'm a beginner QE user, please guide me

Dear QE experts and users
I'm a beginner QE user and few days ago I was asking for help but did not receive any response. I need to know whether I can calculate a molecule that set between two  Au slab by QE? and if yes what should I do? how do i construct this structure?
I very appreciate if anyone can help me.
