[Pw_forum] Error in parallel running

not necessarily so. If you look carefully at the ouput, it looks like there
are two copies of the same job running, each on a single process. In this
case, one of the two processes may try to read a nonexistent input and
return an error message about the &control namelist, as if there were an
error there, but the error is  actually that there is no &control namelist.

I think it is a MPI issue, likely a mismatch between the MPI launcher and
the mpi libraries used in the compilation

It is easy to distinguish internal QE-errors from environment one. In
former case QE create CRASH file in the working directory with error
description.
