[Pw_forum] applying E-field and results in odd phonon-frequencies, am I allowed to align the frequencies?

Dear Zohreh,
how do you apply this electric field? Please provide an example input/output.

Anyway, I do not think that phonon calculation with electric field are 
implemented, at least not in general.
