Dear all,

  I want to do phonon calculation on an adsorption system.

I did a test calculation on a system, an molecule is adsorbed on a surface.
I just want to calculate the vibration frequencies of the molecule and
surrounding atom on the surface (19 atom).  I set "nat_todo" in the input
file of ph.x, and set the list of indices of atoms of the molecule (5 6 10
35 38 42 44 45 49 50 55 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63). But in the result file
phonons for all atoms and some of frequencies negative and some frequencies
positive. .   I don't know what's wrong with it, and how to set parameter
in the input file of ph.x. Please help me! Thank you!

A lot of negative frequencies because of surface atoms and molecules
binding to each other this happen?
