Hey Leo,

I had the same problem, but i found out an easier method to make a gnu
input file. All you have to do is :

$] band_plot.x << EOF
>x value
>y value
>inputfile name
>outputfile name
EOF

This should generate a gnu input file.

Let me know if it works.
