Dear Axel
Thanks for your reply.
I know it.

Following command show that libtcl have been installed:
===============
[root at Astek Doc]# rpm -ql tcl | grep lib
/usr/lib64/libtcl8.5.so
/usr/lib64/tcl8.5
===============

And following command shows that it is in cash:
=======================================
[root at Astek Doc]# /sbin/ldconfig -p |grep libtcl
	libtcl8.5.so (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib64/libtcl8.5.so
=======================================

Also, I have tested it for xsltproc:
============================
[root at Astek Doc]# rpm -ql libxslt |grep proc
/usr/bin/xsltproc
/usr/share/doc/libxslt-1.1.26/html/libxslt-preproc.html
/usr/share/doc/libxslt-1.1.26/processing.gif
/usr/share/doc/libxslt-1.1.26/xsltproc.html
/usr/share/doc/libxslt-1.1.26/xsltproc2.html
/usr/share/man/man1/xsltproc.1.gz
============================

I used "make doc" command formerly, and generated html input guide for PW without any error, but know, I don't know what is the problem...

With the Best Regards

 everything is good, but for some others such as PW, only pdf
 file is generated, and there is not html for input guide. In
 this case, I get following error:

 the fileutil
 package is part of tcllib. not all linux distributions
 include it in the Tcl package.
