[Pw_forum] [Pw-forum] Cygwin - Make pw Error

[hossein daneshpajooh]

When I enter command make pw, this error is shown!
I have installed all mentioned libs and devel items for cygwin, and also
the pthread. But it seems that something is missed. (loclib_only)
any idea what is wrong here?
