dear sir
here i am trying to do some test calculations of molecular dynamics for H2
and h2o. i followed all instruction and did NVT calculations too. but i
couldnt interpret the NVT calculations output files to plot time vs
distance. please let me know how to interpret the output files and plot
time vs distance. thanks in advance.
