[Pw_forum] nosym vs. nosym_evc

Dear Users,

I having trouble understanding the difference between the nosym and
nosym_evc base on the information in Iput Data Description (
http://www.quantum-espresso.org/wp-content/uploads/Doc/INPUT_PW.html#idp130016
).

Both seem be able to use symmetrized auto k-point grids, so what is the
main difference?  Does nosym = .true. make noinv = .true. and no_t_rev =
.true. and nosym_evc does not change these options?

I am using QE version 5.1
