Dear Paolo,

Thank you so much for the good news about Version 5.1 of the Quantum
ESPRESSO distribution .
Any new news regarding "GNU public license" of DFPT+U implementation that
Axel Kohlmeyer and Andrea Floris
were discussing about a couple of months ago ?
