your version of EPW is obviously not compatible with the SVN version of Q-E.
there has been a significant cleanup of MPI related modules which
particularly concerns mp_global.
you either have to adapt the EPW package (contact the developers
first! perhaps somebody has already done it) to follow the changes or
downgrade to a compatible version of Q-E.
