Dear Koushik Pal
No, it is not possible. xspectra performs simulations of X-ray absorption spectroscopy. People usually compare ARPES results (emission of a k-resolved 
electron from the valence band, that is, in the UV region) with calculated band structures (k-dispersed single-particle Kohn-Sham orbitals).
