[Pw_forum] lelfield=.true. with USPP , PAW and non-orthorhombic cells

Dear all,

I wonder whether applying finite homogeneous electric field in PWscf  supports:

(1) USPP

(2) PAW PP

(3) Non-orthorhombic cells
