[Pw_forum] Large attachments

Please note that there is currently a 200 Kb limit
to the size of messages posted to this mailing list.
While it would be possible to increase or override 
such limit, a better policy is to avoid sending large
attachments, sending instead links to a public file 
storage (a web site, dropbox or similar services)
