[Pw_forum] Optical properties

Dear All 

I want to perform optical properties using DP code (dielectric code). But DP code require *.kss file. Any body help me about how to create *.kss file....
some information is present in pwscf forum. pw2gw.x creates *.kss file but how?
what will be the input parameters?
Any help will be appreciable....
