A reminder about the qe-forge.org service: 

* anybody who needs or likes to obtain an account on
  qe-forge.org MUST SEND A MESSAGE TO support at qe-forge.org
  after registration, as explained in the registration page
  (and in the home page as well). Previous bad experience with
  spammers is the reason behind this request. No exceptions.

* it takes a few hours before the database is updated and 
  accounts are active

* you do not need an account on qe-forge.org to just download
  public releases of any software
