[Pw_forum] How to make use of PSlibrary?

Dear all，

I heard that we can *download* pseudopotential and* share* my
pseudopotential with others in *PSlibrary*, but I cannot find the steps to
do this work at PSlibrary website:  http://qe-forge.org/projects/*pslibrary*

Does someone know?
