[Pw_forum] epw.x error: inconsistent nscf and elph k-grids

Dear all,
Did anyone use the EPW package to calculate elph coefficients using Wannier functions. Executing the epw.x which is giving me an error:

     inconsistent nscf and elph
k-grids

I have looked at the examples to figure out what I am doing wrong but in vain.
Any help about the error is greatly appreciated.
