Dear Abolore,
assuming you have downloaded the last version of QHA from here  
<http://qe-forge.org/frs/?group_id=28>, you will need to edit the make.inc  
file to reflect your system configuration. If you are using an older  
version, you need to edit the Makefile in *every* subdirectory.

In both cases, what you have to do is replace
LD = $(FC) -static
with
LD = ifort
