[Pw_forum] Definition of the electron-phonon coupling matrix element

Dear PW forum users:

Does anyone here know the exact definition of the electron-phonon coupling
matrix element in Quantum Espresso (array el_ph_mat in the file elphon.f90)?
It almost seems like every author is using their own definition of g, but
which one is actually calculated? In particular, is g divided by the square
root of frequency?
