Hi,

Can we set up some environment dielectric constant instead of vacuum?
For example, we want to calculate the electron-phonon interaction for a thin film sandwiched by dielectric materials.
Shall we just artificially multiply the vacuum permittivity by the relative dielectric constant? Is this reasonable?
Thanks very much.
