[Pw_forum] error in DGETRF during generation of pseudopotential

Dear all,
  I am trying to generate gipaw pseudopotential for Se. And after some time the program will stop and in the output files it produces this error immediately it enter the NC pseudopotential routine.

  I will be delighted if i can get assistance on how to resolve this. i am not an expert in pseudopotential generation.
