[Pw_forum] example09 segfault - ramtns used but not allocated in dynmatrix.f90

I have applied this correction in:

I  also replaced the  routine set_asr in dynmat.f90 (attached in:
http://www.democritos.it/pipermail/pw_forum/2011-December/022706.html)

However, the CH4 part of example 9 from 4.3.2, compiled with ifort 11.1, on
the Linux cluster, still does not work (both with asr ='simple' and
'zero-dim').

Error is:

In *.out there is only:   Reading Dynamical Matrix from file ch4.dyn.xml
Therefore it stops before writing:  Acoustic Sum Rule: || Z*(ASR) -
Z*(orig)|| = ...
