[Pw_forum] norm conserving Ti pseudopotential

You could try the pseudos at:
http://fpmd.ucdavis.edu/potentials/index.htm
and use the converter to UPF:
http://eslab.ucdavis.edu/software/index.htm
I know the converter works, but I have no idea how good the
pseudopotentials are.
