You need just one (or two of them).

1. For the PWgui, simply do:

untar pwgui-linux-x86_64.tar (or: tar zxvf pwgui-linux-x86_64.tgz)

The untarred file is then "pwgui", simply run as:

./pwgui

2. For xcrysden you may choose xc-1.5.21-linux_x86_64-semishared.tar.
Untar it, and cd into created directory, then run as:

./xcrysden
