Actually I can't remember what was my suggestion, can you help me by reporting part of that message (it's always better to reply to a message from the original thread then to start a new one).

What is the problem, precisely?

I'm using xcrysden both on Linux and on Mac and that feature works for me. I believe it must work also on Windows, if everything has been configured properly.
