[Pw_forum] problem with phonon code

Dear developers,

I have a problem with the phonon code.
It crashes with this comment:

I do not arrive to understand the origin of this crash.
The problem appears after some self consistent calculations (with the 
versions: 4.13, 4.2 and 4.3).
Maybe it is specific to the machine (cluster Altix ICE 8200 with 352 nodes)?

What can I do to solve this problem?
