Dear Marcos,
for this error you can add -D__STD_F95 to the variable DFLAGS in make.sys,  
it is a convenient feature of fortran 2003 that unluckily is nopt yet  
supported by all compilers.
I don't know about the other problem, but maybe it's just a warning that  
can be ignored.
