[Pw_forum] permission denied while using pw.x

Dear Elie,

did you follow the suggestion to take a glance at a unix/linux manual where this kind of questions is addressed? 
why are you so masochistic as to run QE in cigwin, rather than on linux?

it is possible that check-pw.x.j does not have "execute permissions" - what does this mean? please follow the suggestion ...
how to fix this? try: "chmod +x check-pw.x.j"
