[Pw_forum] cannot open xml_recover file for writing

Dear all,
I am trying to get the phonon dispersion relation of NbO2, but when I
run the program, I get :

     from ph_writefile  : error #        14
     cannot open xml_recover file for writing
***********************************************************************
My input is:
phonons of NbO2
 &inputph
  tr2_ph=1.0d-14,
  ldisp=.true.,
  nq1=4, nq2=4, nq3=4
  amass(1)=92.9063,  amass(2)=15.9994
  prefix='NbO2',
  fildyn='NbO2.dyn',
  recover=.true.
 /
Can anyone tell me what the matter is ?
