Is the error reproducible? Have you managed to run in parallel pw.x+pwcond.x for a smaller 
system that, let's say, can be done on 2 cpus?

I don't think this is needed. You simply need to reboot the machine and see if the OS sees 
the new RAM banks, I suppose.
