Well, you'll have to find out sooner or later. You can type uname -m to  
get the information:
   x86_64 : it's 64bit
   i686   : it's 32bit

First of all have a look at ~/.bashrc (it a hidden file) with a text  
editor and clean up any possible line related to xcrysden (leftovers from  
older versions, or bad installation). Then restart your system (or at  
least redo the login) download the correct version of xcrysden, unpack it  
somewhere, change to the directory and run ./xcrysden.

If you're still having any problem, please post the *entire* output to the  
xcrysden mailing list.
