welcome on board. There is only one tiny error in your input:
>                        title = Cu2MnAl ,
you have missed the quotes around the title:
>                        title = 'Cu2MnAl' ,

I would not used non-ascii characters as "ü" in the file names, but it may  
still work:
>                       outdir = '/home/mehmet/Masaüstü/temp/' ,
>                   pseudo_dir = '/home/mehmet/Masaüstü/pseudo2/' ,

This should be all, good work.
