[Pw_forum] newbie - installation problem

Dear community of quantum-espresso,
I am an absolute new user to this software, but it seems very 
interesting. I downloaded the Q-E-4.04, but I have difficulties in 
compiling.
I do have Intel ifort 10.0 compiler and mkl 9.1.023 libraries running on 
Linux Gentoo. I managed to compile CPMD, but the ./configure script 
cannot proper recognize my system and I had to modify the make.sys file 
(if necessary I can post it).

When I type make all, ifort compile all, but it exit with the following 
message:

I got similar output if I use the 4.0.4 version.
I do not get the iotk_print_kinds.x executable, whereas, apparently, the 
library libiotk.a is succesfully produced (57 Mb in size...)

I would greatly appreciaty any help or suggestion.
